put the wheel in and keep it as far into the dropouts as you can, so that there is no more space left. Then wrap the chain around chaining so that the two ends meet then keep pulling the other end until its kinda tight (not too tight) keep in mind that once the chain is on you can move the wheel back in the dropouts for tension. So one the chain is tight count the number or links left over and take out one less than the amount you count. Message again if still confused.
